Yes, we offer parking for our guests. Each room has 1 space.
Unfortunately we do not have parking to accomadate more than one vehicle per room/reservation.
Oversized vehicles or vehicles with trailers will not fit in the parking lot.
Guests are advised to book our "Royal Tern" room, which is the two bedroom apartment, when bringing a vehicle with trailer or more than one vehicle as it has its on parking area.
Yes, Seabirds is a 100% Pet-Friendly property. We understand that pets are family too.
Our Pet Policy is simple: bring them along for your stay! We welcome friendly dogs, cats and birds. No breed or weight restrictions.

Yes, we have a sparkling pool available for our guests to enjoy. The pool is open seasonally from around May through October. Pool hours are from 8am-9pm. Pool amenities include items such as loungers, floats, umbrellas and towels.
Our hotel focuses on providing a serene and independent experience for our guests. While we do not offer daily cleaning or concierge services, we ensure your room is immaculately prepared upon arrival and provide assistance as needed during your stay. Should you need clean towels or linens, simply place items in provided laundry basket outside of your door and housekeeping will come by and exchange a set of fresh.
Yes, we do require a deposit upon when booking of the first nights rate. This deposit will go towards the balance of your stay.
Deposits are fully refunded when reservations are cancelled as long as it is at least 7 days prior to day of arrival.
Our rooms are equipped flat screen smart streaming TV's, air conditioning, Keurig coffee makers, microwaves, robes and steamers in every room. All efficiencies offer a mini-fridge and all suites offer a fully functional kitchen including fridge, oven and stove. All rooms offer luggage racks and hangers. Many rooms offer dining and sitting areas as well. Please see room descriptions for details.

Yes, the minimum age requirement is 23 years old.
We do offer roll-away beds for a $25 charge per reservation, however the rollaway beds can only fit in rooms 3, 7, 11, 15 and 24.
Smoking is not allowed in or near the rooms, but it is permitted in designated outdoor areas away from the rooms. Please be mindful of other guests and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Seabirds does not have an elevator. Rooms 7-14 are on the second floor and require using the stairs. All other rooms are on the first floor. Please see room details when booking to select floor preference if desired.
Yes, our hotel is situated in close proximity to various attractions and activities, including walking distance to beach, Kure Beach Pier, and Kure beach business district offering wonderful dining options. Nearby is aquarium, Ft. Fisher, Carolina Beach Historic Boardwalk, state park and more! Our staff will be happy to provide recommendations.
